RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

THE ROLE:
- Manage the entire development cycle of a renewable energy project (wind or PV solar) from the initiation to entering into
operation in Italy. - Proven experience in:
- Having obtained Administrative Authorizations for wind farms and PV plants including associated
infrastructures released by the relevant Regional and/or National Administrative body. - Grid access & connection, Technical Access Contract, EON-ION-FON with ENEL and TERNA.
- Having obtained Environmental Impact Approval for wind farms and PV plants.
- Joint Evacuation infrastructures.
- Land lease negotiation, plot list (piano particellare) and expropriation.
- Having obtained Administrative Authorizations for wind farms and PV plants including associated
- Elaborate relevant documentation provided in the frame of the Administrative Authorization, Grid Connection and
Construction. - Experience in technical and legal due diligence performed on buyside and sellside.
- Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the project design and technical due diligence.
- Elaborate relevant technical and commercial terms for land lease, DDS and/or acquisition contracts.
THE INDIVIDUAL:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years professional experience in wind farms and PV plants project development and management.
- Experience in preparation of and follow up on Sole Authorization processes of wind farms and PV plants in accordance with
Regional and/or National regulations and execute projects for wind farms and PV plants. - Experience in preparation of and follow up on technical documentation for grid access and connection requests.
- Team player.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and QGIS.
- Willingness to travel.
- Languages: Italian and English (C1).
