The Swiss investor has successfully concluded the third transaction with the energy farm developer.

EBL Wind Invest AG has acquired Parchim VI wind farm.

The wind energy farm, which is located in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), consists of three wind turbines manufactured by Vestas with a total capacity of 10.35 megawatts. The wind turbines are Vestas V126 and V112 models and have been connected to the grid since 2016.

UKB Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen Betriebsführung will continue to be responsible for the technical operation of the turbines. The transaction consultancy was carried out by 4initia GmbH and Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.

This is now the third transaction between the UKA Group and EBL Wind Invest AG. In 2017, the Swiss acquired UKA’s Schönermark I, Schlenzer and Schorbus wind farms in Brandenburg, with a total capacity of 27.60 megawatts.
