The UKA Group has sold a total of two wind turbines to EBL Wind Invest AG (EWI), as part of two projects. One being the Duben West A (Dahme-Spreewald district, Brandenburg) and the other Suckow Nord (Ludwigslust-Parchim district, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania). The Duben wind farm turbine is a Siemens SWT 3.15-142 with a nominal output of 3.15 megawatts. The wind turbine was planned by UKA Cottbus and has been in operation since December 2018. The Suckow Nord project wind turbine is a Vestas V136 with a nominal output of 3.6 megawatts. The system was planned by UKA Nord and went into operation in February 2020.
EBL will take over the commercial management from January 2022, whereas the technical operations management will continue to be carried out by UKB (Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen Betriebsführung). The sale of the two turbines marks the fourth successful joint transaction between EBL Wind Invest AG and the energy park developer UKA.
